Mary T's Filter Frenzy
week one
I'm excited to be learning more about how to use all the cool filters I have collected. One of my first observations is that I do not like the "unregistered" results! But here is this weeks' work, some images perfect and some riddled with unwanted text. I haven't moved all my filters yet, but created the separate plugins folder and also downloaded and implemented the Plugin Commander program. |
|
Here's my brand new plugins folder, currently residing on my desktop. |
My plugin folders in PSP7. I have not had the courage to get rid of the original file location, until they are all moved. |
Here's what I produced with the Av Bros Puzzle Pro 1.2. This is a fun picture of my nephew, the cute baby on the left with the big teeth, created on the www.photoisland.com website. He and his family loved this picture! I selected a background layer to complement Johnny's pink gingham bonnet. |
Here is Av Bros Page Curl 1 used on one of the images for week one. Which filter did I use? Was it Ciba-Chrome or Quick Sepia? I can't remember, I played so much. I do know that my background layer is called "driftwood," which I thought was appropriate for an image that reminds me of a pirate ship. |
I bought a pack of notecards with this image, and scanned it to my computer because I like it so much. |
Here is what I got with the Quick Sepia and Old Photo White Fader filters. |
| I love this class already! | |
