week three

So far this week has been rather fun, playing with the pretty effects in Super Blade Pro. The background on this page came from the seamless tile below, reduced to an opacity of 50%. I had to keep cropping it to a final size of 95 x45 pixels to get rid of some horizontal lines that did not show up in the original tile.

I started with a preset called "basic mirror"and wound up here by rolling the dice. Or was it the preset called "weirdest?" Now I am not sure.

A working color-coordinated button! I'd have made a whole string of them and might just do it yet if time permits. Maybe a little smaller.

Here's my signature tag, made with the same preset used above along with a gingham texture from Paint Shop Pro. I liked it so well that I inserted it into my heading.

My preset image is very simple, I wasn't really sure what I was doing here.

My first effort with the stained glass parrot.

And my second. These look a lot like some plastic ornaments my nephews made one year in art class, LOL.
