My Pictures

Hartwick Pines State Park

My Wildflower Bouquet stayed fresh all week. (80kb) This is just one of many beautiful spots in the park. (190kb) I loved the red pine needles on the fallen tree. (232kb) Another nice shot of the many tall trees here. (210kb)
A less sunny spot but so tranquil. (182kb) Formerly the tallest tree in the park before it lost 40 feet off the top in a storm in '94. (146kb) I loved the pure whiteness of this birch tree. (175kb) So I took another picture of it. (225kb)
The path to the lakes took me over a little bridge and this inlet. (218kb) Visitors walk on the paved path through the park. (184kb) Here's one of the visitors on June 30, 2005. (169kb) I must have liked the green moss on this fallen tree. (190kb)
A sunnier place. (201kb) Inside the log chapel. (102kb) A very big tree trunk. (234kb) Wow. (207kb)
